EPIC FAIL :(

Ok so i have been doing my diet now for just over 2wks, ive lost a stone but ive just crumbled and had about 8 pringles and 5 chunks of a cadburys crunchie bar, its my weighing day tomorrow, so upset with myself now :( been doing so well aswell!!
 
Stop worrying. It's not the end of the world just syn them all up, draw a line underneath today and get back on plan asap. It might not show on this weeks WI so good luck for tomorrow. ;)
 
that's the point of flexi syns. one blipwill not force 3lbs of fat onto your bum. draw a line under it, and move on. many hugs love, I hope you're ok. have a banana.
 
Im really hoping that little downfall wont even show on my weight as it want even alot that i had, really hoping i carry on to lose the weight and this little blip wont cause my weight to increase at all :(

Just what do you think 8 pringles and 5 chunks of chocolate will do to you?

I don't know the chocolate in question, but what was the approximate syn value. You'd be surprised at how little damage you've done:)
