Thanks guys I definately intend to have a duvet day! I have rebooked the hair appointment for a couple of weeks from now, but at a sensible time of 12.45pm!

Brilliant weight loss Mocha! That must be all of your holiday gain and then some! Very inspirational.

Sorry you're feeling rough Sarah - I had a day like that yesterday, but mine was mostly due to overdoing the wine again. I really need to get my drinking sorted out.

Nikki - are you OK? You've seemed quite down in your last few postings.

I was supposed to be going out with my girlfriends last night for a thai meal. After spending the week working out how I would get through it without telling them I am doing CD, plans all changed at the last minute and it was agreed we would be going round one of their houses for 'nibbles'. I feel dreadful, but I cancelled and didn't go - i knew that sitting there with bowls of Walkers Sensations, garlic bread and pizzas would be fatal to the diet, and I have stuck to it really well since my roast tattie binge.

I have the European laundry mountain in my conservatory so I'm going to crack on and try to reduce it today, sipping water along the way! I'm helping one of my friends clean and move into her new house tomorrow - she is one I can't tell about the CD as she will try to sabotage it (we are very competetive about our size/weight loss). I think I will have to try to have a sneaky tetra whilst I'm there.

Sorry went to get weighed and then went for my hair done... well I have stayed the same this week!! bit down with that but nevermind, hopefully it will come off next week.... my hair is lovely, went short from bra strap (back) length, I now have a bob which is longer at the front than back and had a fringe put in...

Bit naffed off that I have spent all this money this week on the diet and not lost, but then again at least I haven't put on!!

Well done to everyone who has weighed in, Mocha J - bloody hell that was a good loss...

Don't worry about staying the same - you've been doing well this week so it will only be water etc.

Did you weigh before the haircut? Maybe you should have waited :p!

Haircut sounds fab. I mixed up my appointment times and missed mine, doh! It was only a trim anyway!
 
Feeling a bit better now hun, been on the sofa all day and the day has just disappeared. This is a true indication that I am ill because a day with nothing to do usually = boredom, today it just = relief!

I am doing ok on WM too - 3 packs and almost 3.5 litres of water.

Another early night because I have to start getting sorted for my Go Live date now. 4 weeks away and so much to sort!!! Yikes!!!
 
ARGH! I was doing really well and for no reason I ate rubbish! I wasn't even bored or unhappy or anything else that usually makes me eat. So angry with myself but not not NOT going to let this develop into another week or 2 of eating. Just going to slap myself and get back on with it tomorrow. I'm currently drinking lots of water to wash the rubbish out! Madness. Why oh why did I do it?:eek:
 
Right then, just on my last pack and had my 5 litres of water. I have had some ham tonight and a couple of small new potatoes slipped in but I am not even counting it as a blip because it's not!

I am having coke zero now as I don't fancy anymore water and this is good for a Saturday night!

Morning everyone. Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been really rubbish at CD this week. I gave myself one night off for a party which led to the "oh well I'm not in ketosis anymore so one bit of toast wont hurt" thoughts. Anyway I've done nothing but eat crap all week and i need to get my head back in it and get back on track.

I haven't bothered to weigh myself cos I don't want the damage to demoralise me. However everytime I eat something I'm just wasting my time and money. I can't continue to kid myself that I'm actually doing CD just because I've had a pack.

This morning I've woken up and thrown every bit of bad food that I have out - even the stuff that I as keeping for "guests". I've given all my cash and bank cards to my housemates to keep so I can't go near a supermarket/takeaway in moments of weakness and I've filtered my water and filled up 3 two litre bottles that I WILL drink and waiting impatiently for the ketosis fairy to come back. Wish me luck!

Morning Nikki and Chika, blips aside now.

Good plan Chika on confiscating the cards etc. I found last week I was picking and buying food because I was actually solvent because I'd just been paid. Gotta keep an eye on the finances again now so no sneaky treats for me!

Nikki, you can do a full week, remember just holler and we're here for you!!

New day, new start. The sun is shining here and I'm feeling positive. I did have a small meal last night and although it did contain carbs it was mostly salad and ham. I did have all my packs and I kept away from the wine, which over the last few weeks has been my major downfall! Today I will be 100% because tomorrow morning is weigh in and I want the 7lbs that was showing on the scales yesterday to be intact!

I would like advise, if anyone could help me, for the coming week. I am possibly going out for a meal one day this week (my workmate from my diary is visiting this week). He loves going for an Indian and if I go with him is there options on the menu that I can have that fit in with an AAM type scenario. I haven't been to an Indian for a long time and always had a chicken korma with rice and naan! Mind you he probably won't invite me now because I usually say no, although I have no qualms about inviting myself. He must think I'm a right one because I'm always so pushy and confident with him when it's usually just bluster!!! :eek:
 
Aww Sarah! Do you like him,. I havn't read your diary so not sure but make sure you go out with him!

I think the best thing to eat at an indian would be comething like chicken tikka they dry type done in the tandoori oven with some salad.
 
I had tandoori chicken when I went to the indian 1st time round, but any dry chicken with salad will be fine Sarah... oohhh a nice man in your life hey...sounds like you have had a few good days hunny since changing onto WM packs...
 
Thanks guys, I have been to restaurants since SSing but they have always been quite traditional and I always choose Caesar salad, but have never ventured to an Indian/Chinese scenario.

I do like this guy but he's not new (well that new) in my life but it's a very very complicated relationship which I keep in my diary only, because it is so complicated (I'll tell if you're interested, but I'm sure you're not really)!

On a whoooopppppeeee note, I have just had to dig a pile of smaller jeans out of my drawers because the ones I have been wearing all fall down. I haven't been able to wear any of these for over 6 months and now they fit perfectly! I love it when you can really see the changes, it does make me very motivated!
