EPISODE VI - SS'ing 7 Day Challenge

Can your hairdresser advise? Usually they can give good advice on what they think will suit you?
 
I normally go in there and just say do whatever you think!!

I just know they are really busy, so one person is doing my colour the other is doing my cut so not ideal really...

We had a party last night and cos I had a good weigh in on tuesday silly me decided to give myself the night off. Anyway needless to say i drank and ate everything in sight. Depending on which way i look at it i was maybe fortunate to chuck most of it up this morning but I'm rough, starving and definitely not in ketosis.

Please please help. I just need a stearn talking to (or beating). It always seems to work when it comes from someone else!

You are a naughty naughty girl :whip:, you don't need to treat yourself with food and drink, cos it just makes this diet harder and harder... now come on, glug loads of :tear_drop:, and vow to be a good girl till Christmas! :character00115:

Get back on track, remember how thrilled you were with 11lbs this week!! Come on girl!

Awwww Chika, you have stolen my 'Binge Queen' crown! Not happy with you! BUT, get back on track (I have done today - back in ketosis in less than 24 hours) and get another good weight loss this week.

We have to be honest with ourselves - we're on this diet because we are not good at controlling our food intake - if we were, we wouldn't need to diet! What you (and I) did last night was a slight slide into the eater we are trying so hard to move away from. It takes a long time to learn a new habit, and even longer to get rid of old ones.

Don't beat yourself up too much Chika - just get back on track right away - don't throw away the weeks of dieting and great weight losses because of one slide. You've already proved you can do it, so do it again!

Haha I had a brilliant time! I love you girls, you are honestly my saviours at the moment. I just sneaked upstairs to get the takeaway number from the internet but I had lets my PC open on this page and you saved me! I'm gonna get my trainers on instead and go out for a really long walk.

I'm away from home tonight and bored. The place where I am has all the evil takeaways etc (that I *used* to love) really close by. At home nothing is close by which does help me when I am tempted to be honest, it's too much effort! However, here it's different, so I am going to have to be REALLY strong not to give in and I'm tempted already!

I expect I'll be on here a lot tonight because it might make me behave myself! I almost faltered already because I couldn't get an internet connection and I was in a mild panic because I was getting more and more frustrated about it. I was thinking that if I don't read and post here tonight then knowing me, because I'd be so damn bored I'd go and get food. It's so annoying being me sometimes! I'm sure some of you will know exactly what I mean though and probably feel the same.

Sooo, now I am connected, the boredom will pass :) Hopefully the tempation will too. I'm at about 6/10 on the strong-o-meter at the moment :eek:

Just a quick post to say I am alive and have just caught up on all your posts...

New job MANIC...!

Mother Funkers MANIC - now have a club owner in Folkstone interested in holding it there, so that's Folkstone and Deal to move forward and maybe organise once I've seen the venues...!

First week back at school MANIC..! on top of Halloween party at After School Club, Trick or Treating etc...

Have got a Christening this weekend so not sure how I'm going to cope. Have to admit to slipping today after 3 really good days - need to sort my head out...! Aiming to have a good day tomorrow.

Let me know what you want to do about next Episode.

I pledge to post more and try and get on here more next week - it's just bit more difficult as I don't feel like I can jump on here whilst at new job just yet...!

You guys keep me on the straight and narrow and when I'm not posting I feel like I'm here on my own doing this journey solo which of course we all know we're not....

Keep at it girls and hopefully we'll all have brilliant weekends as it's just around the corner - FRIDAY TOMORROW...!

Good to hear from you. You sound sooo busy! Glad Mother Funkers is going well.

Next episode - maybe we should just stick with this one and start a new one next Tues or Weds (forgot which day it usually is!) now that we're nearly on Friday :)

I hope the new job is "MANIC" in a good way not a bad way? Manic but enjoyable?

Good luck for tomorrow, you can ignore your slip today and carry on :D
 
Mocha, hope you are ok today and survived the night ok. You did sound quite positive so I hope you did! I was the same when I went to Crewe for my WM training - bored in a hotel room on my own I found myself in the Co-op buying food. It was just protein but even so, it still wasn't on the programme!!!

Hannah, lovely to see you babes! I'm glad everything is going well work and MF wise. It must keep you out of trouble ;)! Just remember though that you are not alone - we're here for you as and when you can get on here. I personally can't get on during the day at all - too much stuff going on in work!

Re the next episode, I agree that we should just stick with this one till next week. What day does everyone think is a good day to start? For example we could do Monday - new week, new start etc? I'm easy (don't anyone dare comment :D) and I'm happy to go with the flow.

Morning everyone, still feeling sicky today, think it was definately the fish!! uurrrggghhh... so only ended up having one pack yesterday and 4.5litres of water, will see how I go today...

Thanks nikki and Sarah. I survived! 100% & 5 litres of water so I'm happy :) I'll be back home late this evening so I won't have the same temptation again :p (Well, I hope!) 1st weigh in since restart tomorrow so I am hoping for a good result!

Hi all, I've had a good day. Very very busy in work (so what else is new!) but buzzing from it, rather than stressed.

I've just spent an hour on a very very nice phone call with a guy I met last week on a dating site. My goodness he has promised me lots of lovely things if we meet ;) so I hope he lives up to it if we do :giggle:. Needless to say my sleep when you're dead philosophy will be tested to it's limit :eek:.

I'm still going OK on WM. I've just made myself my last pack of the day because I'd forgotton to have it tonight! Don't want to miss a pack especially when I'm ill and need all my mins and vits! I've had almost 5 litres of water but must admit to some mini chicken fillet kebabs from Asda earlier - no problem.

I am also wearing some trousers that I bought in the summer and they are the smaller of the bigger trousers I have and I pulled them down tonight without undoing them :D. They were ok only a couple of weeks ago!! Roll on my weigh in on Monday! :D

I'm back home now and managed to stick to it 100% while I was on my couple of days away an it's paid off. Yipee! :D

I am feeling rough again today. I was awake half the night coughing and I am sitting on the sofa still in my dressing gown and intend to do nothing today at all. I missed my hair appointment - I got confused with the time. It was booked for 9.15am and I didn't wake up until 9.45am!!

I've just had my first pack and I really can't taste anything at the moment so there is no point eating!
