Anyone doing the exante diet? or any other vlcd. I want to hear about side effects, weight loss (time scale if possible) i've lost 4 stone using exante. i want to lose abit more.

Hi Pippotter, Wow thats a big loss well done! How long did it take you to lose the weight and did you work out? i did a week on exante and i lost 5lbs with just 3 shakes a day but some of the days i did cheat. Tomorrow im starting again and hope to lose at least 2 stones in 2 months and will also be joing the gym!
