So I know from past experience excercise on exante such as cardio running etc is fine as long as you make sure your aware of your body and don't push to hard,
However over the last four weeks I've really got into weight lifting, not hardcore body builder, but about 30mins of weights and then 30mins cardio. Before my last hols it helped tone me up really well.
Just wandering what people had experienced and did you maybe add a low carb protein shake in on weight lifting days which is what I was thinking of doing!

I just do some running, and so far haven't needed to add anything extra in, apart from more salt in my soups and some ribena plus for a bit of potassium, but that's probably all in my head anyway! :D
