I'm on TS and do my exercise by walking my dog. I now have an app that works out my calorie loss, distance, speed, ect... Yesterday I noticed that on our morning walk, I lost 550kcal and I have a question. As I walk my dog twice, I'm losing around 700kcal per day but only eating my allowed 600kcal.
is this bad or will it affect me in a wrong way?
