I'm starting this for myself and whoever else wants to join in. I know there's exercise threads already but they are well established and I imagine everyone knows each other on there, so this is for those of us who are wanting to start from scratch or who haven't joined in with other threads!
There's no set exercise theme - I plan on doing to couch-5k running plan with a bit of 30-day shred when I can fit it in and some gym/classes. I'm at uni full time and have 3 kids so time is at a premium sometimes!
This time next year, I want to be able to comfortably run 10k.
