Exercise and inch loss = a very happy Tigger

I started using a Personal Trainer back in February and I just wanted to share my inch loss..

Waist - lost in total as of today - 5.12 inches
Hips - lost in total as of today - 2.56 inches

Although my weight loss has not moved as much as I wanted it to since Feb (11lbs down), finding out today how many inches I have lost has really boosted my confidence.

So on days when those scales are not moving as quickly as I would like I am going to remember today. (fingers crossed in another month those numbers above will have increased some more).

Sorry for going on but really pleased for myself as its been hard work to get this far.:)

Congratulations! That's great progress.

I wouldn't worry about the number on the scale - remember that muscle is denser than fat, so if you've gained some muscle from the exercise that will explain the slower scale movement - if the inches are going down and you're becoming more happy with how you look, that's the important thing :)
