I don't yet but I plan to start hopefully this week. I think some free weights would be good for toning up the arms and I am going to do some yoga and some cycling I think. Yoga is always good for toning and you get results quite quickly in terms of increasing your flexibility.

hi witchy, i go to the gym 3 time a week, i go to the classes only, i take spinning which is good for the legs and thighs, body pump for the flabby bit( arms)and tum thighs and bum for the obvious..and am seeing the effects my arms are tonning up nicely so are my thighs.. i hope this helps.

Thank you for the advice, im joining the gym this week so looking forward to seeing what classes are on, i def need to tone up now.
