Does anybody do any exercise to try and tone up our fabby bits, feel free to share.

My arms are big and I need to really tone them up so what do you do??

I don't yet but I plan to start hopefully this week. I think some free weights would be good for toning up the arms and I am going to do some yoga and some cycling I think. Yoga is always good for toning and you get results quite quickly in terms of increasing your flexibility.
