Exercise bands....

I want to try out the exercise resistance bands we were given, mainly for the arms, but I cannot remembber how they are done? Its frustrating, more then half the group chatters and laughs through the DVD making it hard to concentrate, and I miss a lot.

Do we eventually get a DVD with the exercises on it??

she forgot to give us the dvd when she gave us our band... maybe a good idea to ask if you get a dvd like we did
