EXERCISE CHALLENGE

Hi Folks

Walked home tonight...although I almost chickened out and then remembered the challenge!!!! So, well pleased.

Also done 10mins on vibroplate

No hula today as my back is still sore from my massage! Hopefully back on course tomorrow with it!

One more day to go for our challenge :) Not sure about you guys, but it has actually helped me to do more this week.

Oh, I cleaned the car as well tonight! Does that count :)

Not posted for a few days but here's mine

Friday

30 min core work one to one with a trainer... taught me loads of new exercises like cycling crunches, leg raise & holds, butterfly pulls & holds, one leg squat & holds... they KILL lol :D
3 miles x trainer
4 x 50 butterflys
4 x 50 shoulder pulls
4 x 20 arm curls
4 x 20 tricep pulls
4 x 20 shoulder presses
10 mins steamroom
10 lengths breast stroke
jacuzzi

Saturday - same as above

Sunday - can't bleedin' move lol I'm walking like John Wayne :eek:
 
My lot tonight....

3 miles on the x-trainer (now averaging 7 mph with 30 seconds sprint spurts every 5 mins.... which kill lol)
20 mins core workout (cycling crunches / butterfly holds / one leg pull down squats etc)
4 x 50 butterfly presses
4 x 20 arm curls
4 x 50 shoulder pull downs
4 x 20 tricep pull downs
4 x 20 chest presses
10 mins steamroom
10 lengths breast stroke
5 mins sauna
10 mins jacuzzi to chill
