Re sex @ 50 -100 cals per hour.... do you think solo efforts count... ? If so I'd like to claim an extra 10,000 calories burnt off per day :eek:;):D

3 x 20 arm curls
4 x 20 shoulder presses
4 x 10 inverted side oblique twisting crunches for me love 'andles
4 x 10 inverted crunches for me belly
10 mins steamroom
2 lengths breast stroke
2 lengths front crawl
10 mins sauna

COLLAPSED on me bed for a dossy early night doing nowt now :D

Only had a shake this morning too... need to get another down me neck now :)

Well
I did 2 x 500 hula hoops at work today.
I didnt walk home, like I should have done, BUT me and hubby went for a bike ride
About to do my vibroplate,,,will probably do 2 x 10 mins tonight

4 miles cross trainer (400 calories burnt)
4 x 50 shoulder presses
4 x 50 butterfly presses for me moobs
5 x 20 arm curls
4 x 20 side oblique inverted crunches for me love handles
4 x 20 chest raises

then I found I still had energy (must be onset of Ketosis or summat) so I did this lot again for the fun of it

4 x 50 shoulder presses
4 x 50 butterfly presses for me moobs
5 x 20 arm curls
4 x 20 side oblique inverted crunches for me love handles
4 x 20 chest raises

Then I had a 10 min steamroom, 6 lengths breastroke & a 10 min sauna....

Knackered now mind but hey... it's a Saturday & I had nothing better to do other than continue to put off the plethora of domestic chores I need to do :eek: That's the downside to being single & living on yer own... you can easily procrastinate for England... :eek:

Oh my word.....I tell you I get more tired reading your exercise regime....you are amazing! Wish I could find the time...I know i need to do more, but I just never seem to find time to fit it in..well done! You are doing brilliantly....

I have only done 10xmins on vibro and walked for 4 hours today (shopping), but it was walking and my feet are sore.
Going to do another 10xmns on vibro before bed!!!

Does ironing count? Sunday ironing takes about an hour to 2. Well today lets see I walked round adlington for 2 hours, made OH dinner, changed my babys nappys, fed him and jointly looked after colicy baby for 2 hours. Surly that counts for like 5000cals? hehe j/k.

On a serious note... I completed all sit-ups and treadmill since start.

Hearing how well Howdy did makes me feel very guilty! I managed my sit-ups this morning but then spent 4 hours driving so not managed my 10000 steps today. Not sure how many as my daughter couldn't get the pedometer yesterday as Argos had none in stock, will try again tomorrow at the local branch here in Cheshire.

Wasn't today glorious?

hahah - I was on the Wii Resort today....playing 100pin bowling and archery.....really good fun! But, didnt work up a sweat like you..well done!

I did my vibroplate and got to do another 10 mins before bed!

Back to normal tomorrow with the hula...will do around 1000 hoops, walk home and then do the vibro!
