Exercise Diaries........

Apologies if this has been done already but I got the idea from the food diaries.......It would be good to add what exercise we are doing each day, may help with ideas for others etc etc......

Yesterday I had a 30 minute walk
Played on Wii Fit for an hour
and lasted about 10 minutes on the crosstrainer! LOL

i did half hour on exersize bike a 5 mins of sit ups and a bit of weights and ive walked around alot and been playing with kids xx

My week is pretty much the same week to week:
Monday - 1hr tums, bums and thighs exercise class
Tuesday - 45min in the gym whilst my little boy is a footie practice
Friday - 1hr tums, bums and thighs exercise class
Every other Wednesday I also do a Body Core 45min class for toning

Been doing this for a few months now having done zero exercise before and really quite enjoying it! I've a Wii Fit on pre-order and it should be here by the end of the month - but we'll see!

Plus running about after and 7 and 4 year old, running a house etc etc!!
