Im of to china next july to trek across the great wall.

Im unfit and need to start my training gradually.

I found a great website that give you free workout videos and then when you meet your goals it gives you credits to get more with increasing length and dificulty.

But im not sure how to work out the points value from my work out.

I 20 st exactly and it was 35 mins at moderate for me.

can anyone tell me how many points that is?

Ive got one of those slider cards that work out your bonus points dont know how accurate they are but it its coming up at 3 points
