Exercise !!!!

I did sweet FA this weekend! Ooops... will get on the wii fit laters. x
 
Jeez I'm rubbish compared to you all!
Exercise limited to running up and down stair with DD1 and slow walk this afternoon.
Pah will step it up this week, 2 weeks til hols!

Linz - we are starting today dont forget!
80 leg masters done already and 3 mins shake weight, will do (fingers crossed) 20 min dog walk later (again not with the pups that was bad enough), 20 mins step, 50 sit ups and another 3 min shake weight. :)
(aha if i put on weight this week its muscle ;) )
 
lol. well did my 15-20 min quick march dog walk and 15 mins on the new roll stepper. omg my stomach hurts lol!!! think ill skip the sit ups tonight. might alternate between lateral stepper one night and the roll another.
 
I don't have a muffin top. Mine is more like a mushroom cloud, LOL!
 
OMG no Flutter - you have got to see my belly without the couple of stone of fat that used to live inside it. Only if you're not squeamish though. It's horrible!
 
It goes away in time WW, or mine did anyway. :)
 
I found sit ups helped a lot Linz.
