Exercising after an accident

Hi everyone!

I was in a car accident in mid January, where I ended up getting whiplash injuries to the right side of my body - shoulder to lower back. Because of this I've not been exercising as just bending could leave me in agony for days.

I've started physio and have been doing the recommended exercises, and the physio seems really happy with my progress so far. I'm eager to start exercising again, and have the new zumba rush for Xbox, but I'm not sure whether this would do more harm than good?

I'm not due to see my physio for a few weeks, so I'm not able to ask him about this, so I thought I'd put the question of exercise out there for you lovely people! Are there any exercises you could recommend, and do you think I'd be ok with the zumba if I take it slow?
