Extra Easy Chicken and Chilli taglitelle

    Hi all!

    I do extra easy usually and have tweaked this recipe so it's free :)

    Chicken breast
    Bacon ( fat removed )
    Baby Spinach
    1 x Onion
    2 x cloves Garlic
    2 x Tinned toms
    1/2 Chilli
    2 x Peppers

    I usually fry the chicken in fry light and add the onions and peppers and fry til soft.

    The bacon i do in a seperate pan so I can take it out and take the fat off when cooked.

    Cut it up and put in the pan with the chilli and garlic make sure it is cooked to how you like it then add the tinned toms and cook down for a while ( you can add chilli powder depending on taste.)

    When it is all cooked down and there isnt so much juice throw in the spinach til wilted and then add the cooked taglitelle and stir in with a couple of tblspoons of quark (again to taste).

    I have not added quantities to the meat as you can have as much or as little as you like :D

    It is such a tasty meal and all free! Enjoy :) xx
