Asda low fat (1%) cottage cheese (does this have syns?)
Balsamic vinegar and pepper to season
D- 4 quorn sausages (4 syns)

Total fage 0 fat yogurt mixed with sweetner and cinnamon

350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
Lemon squeezed into water
Black coffee with sweetner
Am i right in saying that will be 4 syns for the day?
