Extra easy diary newbie, please chevk!!

Hi all,

Am 3 weeks into sw but not loosing! Going to do a food diary so all advice welcomed!!!


Breakfast: mixed berries with activia fat free

Lunch: jacket spud with low fat natural cottage cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, fat free dressing

Hex a: 250 ml semi skim milk
Hex b: hi fi bar

Dinner: chicken breast stuffed with quark wrapped in bacon, fat removed! Baked of course!!! With small jacket spud, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

Snacks: kiwis, apple, pear

Syns: birds dream topping yum yum 8!!!m
