Extra Easy - Is this right?

Hello I have been doing SW since Nov last year. Last time I did SW in 2007 I lost 3 stones and stopped going to classes and now I have 1/2 stone to go to get back to where I was.

Anyway, I tend to lose about 1lb a week so if you have any suggestions for my menu to speed up losses please let me know:

Today 21st May 2010

Breakfast - Weetabix Minis (HXB) and Milk (HXA) with chopped banana

Lunch - Couscous and Tuna with beetroot, cucumber, pepper and spring onion

Snack - 1 x Ryvita (other part of HXB) with 1 Dairylea Triangle (1.5syns)

Tea - 2 x Chicken Thighs, SW Chips and big salad

So what do you think?
 
looking good so far and you seem to have the hang of it, did you not fancy more syns, you know this already but you can have up to 15 :D
