Extra Easy to a leaner me!

Helloooo Diary!!!... I've done nothing today, was supposed to clean the house from top to bottom - nope!...was supposed to go swimming - nope!. I've hoovered and stripped the beds and done a light dust and I'm sitting here in me pjays feeling knackered....meh! Anyhow... Breakfast: nothing. Kids off for 2 weeks, so slept in. Lunch: nothing again. Feel so bloated...bluerrgh!. Tea: roast pork, broccolli and gravy and see how it goes. A) 350ml skimmed milk B) ummmmm *shrugs* :) Lisa x

Glad to hear you are sneaking a peek into welldom. I started sw today and it's been ok so far. I walked around the park at lunchtime and will go for a wander in a minute I think. I'm ok about my 'being good plan', I really need it. I'm so sluggish and feel about 100. Start weight 14-13. Will start a new diary when I can be bothered to log in properly as don't seem to be able to do it from app.

I'm still not 100% but aiming to go swimming tomorrow. Just picked at stuff really, my plans looking more like original days with a touch of Atkins at the moment. Still very bloated can be bothered with heavy carbs so not having my B choice xxx

A) 350ml skimmed milk
B)

Breakfast: sleeping

Lunch: ham, cucumber and olives

Tea: pork curry with lettuce and cucumber.

Still picking at stuff and feeling flat. Gonna go swimming tomorrow even if I only do 20 lengths.

Swim will make you feel good. I walked to work - only just home so dins now. Went out for lunch which was yum and not too far off plan - only polenta mash to syn

I've never had polenta, what's it like?.

I'm deffo going swimming tomorrow I need to get my arse in gear. I'm getting my antihistamines changed because I'm beginning to think the ones Im taking are knocking me out xxx

The hay fever is a killer at the mo though. You're not meant to use polenta flour which is what the mash was made from and it was ok, but quite tasteless. The blocks you used to be able to have on sw but no more and they changed it. We would cut chip shapes, coat in chilli or curry or spices and roast them. They were yummy but high syns now. Look what I've got tonight - best thing asda does and only £2. I'm having one a day!

Oh anti-histamines are a NIGHTMARE. I've got the problem that the non drowzy ones don't seem to work too well, but the non-drowzy ones knock me out completely.

A swim is a great idea today - wash all that pollen off you!;)
 
SW has now left the building. Oh my days!!! I've managed 2 slices of ham and a chicken omelette today...but!!!.....me and my daughter painted each other's nails, and gave pedicures while hubbs and son went the shop for 'treats'. They must've spent about £25 on crap. Needless to say I'm now sitting in bed with a cuppa tea and a massive bag of revels. I won't even begin to tell you what I've eaten before them....I wish this sweet tooth would leaving the effing building too!

I need to have a good think about what I want here. Treats like this are ok if I put the hours in the pool 4+ days a week.

Why can't I just use my common sense, portion control and exercise more?!!!.....arrrrggghh!!!! I make my brain cry...

That made me chuckle!

The thing with losing weight is that you need to have 'that feeling' or the motivation isn't there and I think you have that but you've been ill and not eaten much so you probably feel out of kilter..try to put it down to just a blip and get back on it. Try to get other sweet stuff in the house to fall back on that is relatively on plan or syns to not much. Could you ask T to not buy loads of stuff in front of you? I know it's hard because you don't want everyone else to lose out but it's for health you are doing sw not vanity & that makes a difference. When we were away I said to Dunc 'please help me'. He hates saying 'should you have that, don't have that' as he is happy with me at 15 stone, but I'm not and i need that help. He hasn't done it yet though!!

Try to go swimming and I bet you it'll start kicking in again, but most of all, don't be hard on yourself as that's what gets us into more treats/ booze

There's been a bit of wagon falling off going on on quite a few of the diaries I visit - I wonder if it's the change in seasons or something...

ANYWAY, I managed a 100%er yesterday and feel a BILLION times better. Get back up on the wagon, I've saved you a place next to me, and lets hit a 100% day together today?

I'm just as bad as T when it comes to our treat night Michelle, you know what I'm like lol :). He's a big softy, a giver, a feeder - I'm just going to have to either say no firm enough or just learn not to be a such a sugar dyson.

I'm gonna get back on it the wagon Sally the best I can, so budge up, wide load on board :D ;)

I've had a sneaky peek on the scales, it's showing a 3lb gain and I'm not surprised.
Ive not done any constructive exercise. I've not eaten well for about a week and a half. Not managing full meals and then when I started to feel better thought I could get away with the treats because I've hardly eaten much...when will I learn??!!!! Grrr!.

I'm feeling more energised today, this is the second day I've not had the dreaded antihistamines, my god I was like a flippin zombie on them :(

Anyhow the house has been polished, hoovered, mopped within an inch of its life and I'm feeling lots better now all I need to do it stop T and the kids coming home and the house will stay clean forever!! :D

Going to make home-made beef burgers tonight with pieces of chicken fry lighted in garlic so I can make a 'tower burger' kind of thing. Flip knows how I'm going to get through the next week. After leaving T in charge of the shopping I've now got a freezer full of spicy wedges, chicken in batter and fish fingers and full-fat sausages. Think I know what my syns are gonna be spent on this week lol

Tea was gorgeous!!...the burgers where lovely. I added a little sweet chilli sauce to the mix. Also I marinated the chicken in garlic and Cajun spices and blackened them. Think I used more olive oil than I should defo back to proper syn counting after weigh in on Saturday.

A) 350ml skimmed milk
B) 60g bread roll

Lunch: banana, pieces of ham

Tea:
Burger, chicken, peas, wedges

Olive oil - 6
Mayo - 3
Cheese - 6

Good evening Diary!!!!...

100% back on plan today!! Not that it's going to take the ouch out of weigh in tomorrow. But I'll take it on all chins and move on from it and just go with the flow.

Tomorrow is the start of a new week - I've already done my online shop to be delivered next Thursday full of SW niceys and will not let T anywhere near the shopping app ever again. Hopefully my syns will suffice for the full fat, sausages, chicken, burgers, wedges etc until Thursday.

Anyhow lovelies!!... Food.

A) 350ml skimmed milk
B) probably porridge or toast later for supper.

Breakfast:
Banana and natural ff Greek yoghurt.

Lunch:
2 cold boiled eggs, some ham and a full cucumber (yes a whole one) :O :D

Tea:
Grilled mackerel fillets with red chillies, baked baby potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

Completely yummy, but left most of the spuds and a quarter of the veg.

Nothing planned syn wise tonight. But shall start counting syns like a demon tomorrow and logging them in my diary and if you notice I'm
being naughty you have my permission to ring the SW police and get me arrested for aiding and abetting lard (under section 3 of the fat burd act)

I've been good this week. Having a glass of vino but do have the syns, however it's making me soooo tired think I may stop!

Let us know how it goes tomorrow - good or not it doesn't matter as you have had your lady blip and are now on the loss tip!!

Chinese tonight something in black bean sauce type of stuff with boiled rice and a couple of dry ribs - won't be more than 15 syns for the whole lot.

Looking forward to it. Nice food infront of the TV watching rubbish...yaaaay for saturdays!!! :) :) :)
