extra easy??

:p hello everyone,
I ve just started Sliming world (I joined a few months ago but didnt get into it) I am now doing it alone as I can not afford classes until after Chistmas.
I ve lost my extra easy book, so going from memory. I can have anything that is free on either day, at the same meal using lots of veg/salad. But wh doing this I can only have 1 healthy A option and 1 healthy B option.
on top of this I have been having muller light's and lots of fruit.
Any tips or ideas for fat weight lost please?????????????????
