Extra Easy

Hi everyone.

Since i started on slimming world i have been doing mostly green days and lately have been doing a few more red days. I am still unsure of what exactly Extra Easy is all about. I don't go to group so i was wondering if any of you kind people would mind helping me out with some details? :D

Ive heard that you can't snack in between meals unless it is super free food, is this correct?
