I sprinted up to my weigh-in and the fire alarm was going off and the building being evactuated!

Please help me keep on the straight and narrow as i'm going to miss next as i'm away for a few days.

i lost 3.5lbs. i'm well chuffed with that. half a lb off my 1 and a half stone award. yay me!!! :)

Hey Guys - really sorry but I have let you all down - stayed the same. I did have one meal off plan on sunday night but have been religious in sticking to it rest of week - and I went to the gym twice. What can I say - will try to do better next week x
 
don't fret tenbars - it happens. and it wasn't a gain, so don't get down...just pretend it's a 14 day week and you haven't had weigh-in yet! lol. think about what you've achieved already and focus on that.

the one week i did 2.5 hours of exercise(i normally do zero!) and stuck to the plan 100% i lost 1lb! i was seething so much i was foaming at the mouth! i haven't bothered with exercise since but will start making more of an effort soon as i want to be healthy aswell as slimmer.

I havent done my measurements yet - bit of an ostrich approach there. My work outfits certainly feel looser so I am sure plan is working x Well done to all my fellow team - you have all done amazingly well and I will try not to continue to be the weakest link x x

I'm actually away next weekend for a long weekend, so i'm going to miss next week's weigh in too - I'm still sticking to the plan though and keeping up with my jogging, so hopefully the pounds will just keep falling off.
 
I think i lost 1lb this week, hard to tell with my scales, but it hasn't gone up!
 
well sorry ladies and gents i only managed half a lb this week. better than nothing eh. promise next week will be a lot better!!! PROMISE!

Stayed the same this week which is ok as totm and not been great this week. Took a day off plan yesterday and had pizza, garlic bread and Ben and Jerrys phish food icecream. Did it as was feeling it was all a chore and wasnt enjoying it. Enjoyed the food whilst eating it, but my stomach is not happy with me. The noises it was making in bed last night was like a frog chorus... bbwwwaaark bbbruuuuk . NOT GOOD. Also had horrible dreams!! So am going back on track today.. although the thought of eating anything at the moment is not filling me with joy. :p
