I just record it on Mfp, today I am starting fresh going out on 1st sept so have 10 days as I've been off any plan for the past week I'm hoping for 7lb. Due to water retention etc 1200 cals plus get my butt in the garage to use my treadmill and vibrio plate.

If feeling all my wobbly bits wibble wobble don't push me on then there's no hope ;-)

Off to Liverpool tonight for a night out with a friend, I went uni there So I'm hoping freshers has started about now lol eek

Have a nice time tonight, I'm the same with my clothes, I can't fit in my "skinny" (size 14's+16's) clothes so I'm trying desperately to fit in them when we go to Zante in 7 weeks :) x

Do you find exercise is helping in your weight loss? Or body shape?
 
I haven't seen a change in my body yet, but it's helping my confidence and enthusiasm to loose weight, I think once ive done a gym work out like 'do I really wanna ruin it with that bag of crisps' lol x

Totally agree with that hun! That's why I try to go to the gym in the morning because it puts me in the right frame of mind! X
 
Yeah as soon as you realise how hard it is to burn 200 calories a bag of crisps is A LOT less tempting :D

Lol will have to up my exercise, reason I always get disheartened is the initial weight gain, had it with shred and going to gym was exercising 5 days and in 6 weeks lost nothing and was sticking to my SW.
 
Yeah I think exercise does slow the losses etc but it makes you feel amazing and will make maintaining a lot easier when the time comes because once it becomes a routine and muscle builds etc it does boost metabolism doesn't it? (hope so anyway!!)

I love Shred- I haven't been doing it for a while (had to hide it from mental housemates with body issues) but looking forward to getting back into it with some proper weights rather than cans of beans!

Argh I felt and looked disgusting last night, I wasn't even amused :-/ I have The biggest belly on me I've ever seen :'-( yesterday I just ate **** and then drank silly amounts, another day written off, and start a fresh today I guess

Restart and let last night give you the push to those gorgeous dresses in your wardrobe :) then when you go out you will feel fab!
 
Yep Hannah is right, new day = new start, I bet once you get down the gym you will feel a lot better. I am struggling at the moment, feeling hungry which I hadn't at all up til now. I'm going to try upping my protein and fibre and eating bigger portions of salad and stuff to bulk meals out at little calorie cost.

Anyway hope you had a good night regardless!

:(:( You are absolutely gorgeous! Sorry you feel like that :-( Us girls don't make it easy for ourselves do we. Try and remain positive. I don't even go out anymore to socialise that much because I feel bad for how much weight I've gained and that none of my clothes fit me anymore. I'm trying to use that as motivation to get into shape again.
