Def good mindset to have re CC - as long as you are below your BMR then you are making a deficit so the losses will come just a bit slower than they might!

I'm off ill with a chest infection so not really cc as such but am down to 9st 11 from 13 stone. Finally only 13 lb to goal of 8 12.

Cake looks lovely :) I did Doras back pack and vans shoe last week.
 
I'm doing ok, haven't done my diary though and we had posh chippy last night lol

I went to fat club and weighed in at 13st8 which is still -1 stone so I'm still dawdling around that barrier, If I put my mind to it I'll loose it, it's just the outing of mind to lol I have a month before Florida, which is plenty of time to shed another stone, so today, as I'm not rushing about for work until I'm due in at 12, I'm gonna prepare my meals :) x

Yeh I think I have, just feeling meh can't be arsed, but I want to be arsed, I know deep down I'll feel miles better if I got below 13stone, I mean it's Monday morning I've just got up, I feel crappy from eating a take away last night and god knows what else during the day, I've planned my meals for today so I guess I'll see how it goes this week, fat club weigh in on Thursday, I'd love 6lbs off lol I'd also love a new gym membership too haha

I'm gonna walk to work today, it's about 20mins walk, so not bad, I'm in 12-7, I've had porridge for breakky, and I'm just making my T for work which is pasta low fat pesto and chicken breast, healthy as a rabbit
