    Hi, I'm not entirely sure what I should say here but anyway... I'm Lora. 26 with an 8 year old daughter. I live in Scotland and I've gone from 8st to 14st in just 3 years. I'm really struggling atm with over eating for some stupid reason I keep sabotaging my weight loss. I could really do with some support just now. Looking forward to getting to know you all. X

  3. Hi , that's what I've done put on 2 stone in a year , just can't believe how it's happened , wasn't eating that much just not being careful enough :( well good luck we are here if you need a chat x

    Hi Lora Im from Scotland too :)

    I also havr problems with binge eating. Especially at the weekend and at night I struggle to not eat after dinner! What diet u doin?

    Aye I'm the same. I'm not doing any particular diet the now. I'm not actively try to lose weight but when ibam I follow slimming world (roughly) and try to stay under 1500. I try not to be too strict though coz if I have a 'slip up' i feel like crap and that usually triggers a binge. Are you following a diet? X

    Yeah im the same, trying to do under 1500 cals and more exercise! Its hard work though but I also have a couple challenges. The 30 day squat challenge a d 20hrs exercise in April so that keeps me motivated! :)

    Sounds good. I'm happy with myself today. Ate really healthily and low cal, had a good sesh at the gym and stocked up on some half price slim fast (and lots of wine haha) x

    Hello, just wanted to say good luck, you sound determined so don't give up! I also binge, I find I can do fantastic if I avoid it all together but soon as I have a teeny weeny little bit I just loose it and stuff myself silly. It sucks! I don't want to avoid it forever though(life would be meaningless!!!!) so hoping I find some sort of compromise! Fingers crossed for us both! X

    Yes, but they probably have hours free for the gym, personal trainers, stylists and make up artists! ...... Damn them! :D

    Thanks alot! Yeh I try to avoid buying multi packs of stuff coz I tend to scoff the lot. I'm a suckered for a bargain too. Especially in the bakery aisle in asda. The discounted cakes etc are a major weakness! :/ good luck to you too xxx

    Haha! I need to discover a hidden talent and become rich and famous and pay someone to cook tasty healthy meals and someone to drag my ass to the gym lol.

    Hi Lora ano what you mean about the discounted cakes in asda I'm so bad I buy loads say there for the kids but pic at them myself, not done it for a while now tho I stay away from there and make my fella go get the bread so I dnt get tempted to look ?, xx

    I found a recipe on here the other day for doughnuts not tried them yet tho it's a wholemeal bun slit a hole in it put jam custard or Nutella in syn the filling, spray with fry light roll in sweetener an put in the oven on 200 for bout 5 10 mins I think it said can't wait to try them later ?
