All mixed with Quark and 28g cheddar (HEX A) :)

Went to a Beefeater earlier! Epic restraint!

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix (HEX B)
Semi Skimmed Milk (HEX A)

Lunch at Beefeater:

10oz Rump Steak
Jacket Potato no butter
Salad no dressing

(6 syns to account for any oil, 0.5 syns as I smuggled in my own dressing XD)

I felt rather ill after so no dinner! :(

So for snacks I had meriangue (2.5) pink & White, (2.5 syns) an apple and a Mullerlight Toffee and through the day I had a coffee and a tea (HEX A)

11.5 syns :)

Ok, so the Dermo can't fix me, stuck with this for life. but new meds in theory should contain it *fingers crossed*

However got WI in clinic and I've lost 4lb!!! Fingers crossed Thursday's Scales tell me the same!

Changed my mind about my HEX A - just synning my milk.

Dermatologist to fix you? Do you have scars or eczema?

I'm on antibiotics as well for the 3rd week (teeth/gum infection yuck!) so I know what you mean about feeling icky on them!

Thanks ladies I've got a condition called Hidradenitis suppurativa which means I'm permanently on antibiotics ATM. I got weighed for my 3rd emergency surgery and was like WHHHHOOAA. How did that happen! Lol

Dermo scales were wrong. Oh Well...

I've lost 5.5lb this week!!! :D I also won Slimmer of the Week! Total WL 27lbs! 1lb from my SW 1st, 1lb away from 2st overall & 1lb off being halfway! Gotta lose that magic lb next week!

Friday & last night I stuck 100% to plan! got a BBQ later but preplanned my meals so I know what the syns for everything is :) and doing veggie kebabs etc. to keep up my superfree :)
