I've just got to remember its mind over matter and that I can't let my 'crazy' control my life. I came home from group very down as I think I need to stop being so enthusiastic and I kinda got told to turn it down a bit, but rather then let it upset me too much I just gotta keep on it and do this for me. Thanks for the support :)

During band practice I packed away 1.5 litres so water count is 2300/2500! :)

The plan for tonight is a small chicken kebab with salad no pitta and a sugar free squash for my other 200ml - 5.5

So Syns = 13.5 and 2.5 litres of water :)

Bah water goal is flagging. Not 100% today but a lot better then I thought!

Dinner (OH suprised me with a Chinese)

Egg fu young - 4 (based on an omelette cooked in oil)
1/2 a special chow mien - 3.5
1/2 a small tinny of fosters mixed with diet lemonade - 3.5

So 17 syns was rather pleased with my willpower!

Pre SW I would have normally had a large glass of rosè (9!) 1/2 a special fried rice (5) whole special chow mien (7) 1 pot of sweet & sour sauce (9!) prawn crackers (19!!!!!!)

Had I known I was going to have had said chinese I wouldn't have had the options perhaps or the choco's but hey :)
