    Hi there

    Started SW last thursday - tomorrow is first weigh in, gonna keep a log here to keep myself motivated, am really enjoying it, I hope its not too good to be true:)

    Here goes... for today (planned journal)

    Breakfast
    Beans, Mushrooms, tomato, Lean bacon

    Snacks
    Apple, Orange, Mullerlight yoghurt
    750ml water

    Healthy Extra A - 175ml skimmed milk & 14g cheddar)

    Healthy Extra B - 2 alpen Light Muesli Bars

    Lunch
    Cajun spiced chicken, spinach, onions, tomatoes, cucumber

    Syns: Balsamic dressing - 1 tbsp - 6.0

    Snacks
    Banana Mullerlight yoghurt

    Dinner - Free Spagetti Bolognese

    Cup of Borvil - yum! :)

    cajun spiced chicken sounds lovely is it syned?

    is it shop bought or did you make it?

    your dairy looks pretty good to me, your getting a good mix.

    Thank you for the support, I cooked the cajun chicken the night before, its free as only used spices and frylite... I used a mixture of chilli spice and cajun... then chopped it up and put into my salad.

    I usually use these types of spice rub mixes make foods more interesting and they are free. Here is the link:

    Tonight is my first weigh in, will see how things go? How long are you at slimming world? Its the best healthy eating plan that I can have done am learning so much from it and eating lovely and healthy foods...

    day two (planned) - and weigh in day today:)

    Breakfast
    Hxb: - 2 weetabix

    Snack
    Mullerlight yoghurts (small) x 2, banana, apple, orange 750ml water

    Lunch

    Noodles with chicken, veg and soy sauce - dry fried (asked the chef to dry-fry)
    Diet Coke

    Snack

    Cup of grapes, water melon (have an addiction to water melon lol)

    Hxa - 175ml skimmed milk (for tea)
    14g cheddar

    Homemade SW chips, homemade hamburger (made with lean mince, onions, herbs) and the buns are dryfried portobello mushrooms - buy 4 in aldi for 99cents, layered with lettuce tomato onion and a tablespoon of extra light mayo - 0.5syn, tablespoon of ketchup - 2.5 syns - i think, beans
    750ml water

    Dessert:- NYC cheesecake yoghurt mullerlight - 1 syn

    Total Syns: 4
