Hi there
Started SW last thursday - tomorrow is first weigh in, gonna keep a log here to keep myself motivated, am really enjoying it, I hope its not too good to be true
Here goes... for today (planned journal)
Breakfast
Beans, Mushrooms, tomato, Lean bacon
Snacks
Apple, Orange, Mullerlight yoghurt
750ml water
Healthy Extra A - 175ml skimmed milk & 14g cheddar)
Healthy Extra B - 2 alpen Light Muesli Bars
Lunch
Cajun spiced chicken, spinach, onions, tomatoes, cucumber
Syns: Balsamic dressing - 1 tbsp - 6.0
Snacks
Banana Mullerlight yoghurt
Dinner - Free Spagetti Bolognese
Cup of Borvil - yum!
