I'm gonna have to get another calculator though, as i have to keep getting it from my bag when i'm needing it in the kitchen and then, when i'm shopping i realise i forgot to put it back in my bag!! GRRR!

I'm good ta!Decided to stay away from the "cheese and onion sandwich filler" today,lol! My weak times are evenings and sometimes i actually go to bed to stop myself nibbling!
So far so good though.... Having to drop half a point today as i went over yesterday,lol! oops!
lol Ive done that too. I have one which now lives on my kitchen unit and another in my bag lol

My period started this morning and i'm feeling yucky, BUT, (this is the good bit!) i don't feel hungry!!!!!! Maybe this will help me save a few points for tomorrow incase i fancy anything extra,lol!
I've decided to have Chicken Fried Rice tomorrow instead of the ww pizza after making sure there were 10pts in it from StarlightOh Ruth, i CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
You know, we're supposed to eat food for fuel, not pleasure, but as i realise how excited i am about this CFR, i KNOW i eat for pleasureit just so happens it keeps me ticking over aswell,lol!
This is just a quick pop in and out to let you know how my day has gone!!!
Started off well with 2 toast and banana with cinnamon sprinkled over. Then later in the morning i had a Shape yogurt. Then....
throughout the day i ate SEVERAL packets of 2point crisps and SEVERAL Blue Band biscuits, i just couldn't stop and i completely blame (at least 98% of it!) totm!!!! There's more....
a sandwich with cheese and onion and lettuce and a Pot Noodle!!!!
Weeeeeeell over my 20pts AND i was supposed to be saving a few for tomorrow,lol!!
Tomorrow is a fresh day and it will look like this....
Breakfast - 2 Shape yogurts with a banana
Lunch - same as breakfast
Dinner![]()
Chicken Fried Rice followed by Birthday cake, small piece of course
