    Hey!
    well hopefully posting what I eat here will help others tell me if Im not sticking to the plan and helping me get on track.

    Today:
    Breakfast
    Bowl of fruit - melon pinapple grape and strawberries
    28g cornflakes (Hexb) and 150 soya milk(Hexa)

    Lunch
    Rice, onions, carrots and mushroom with a small chicken breast (used frylight) (with soy sauce)

    Snack
    Chopped carrot sticks cucumber sticks and apple slices

    Syn
    Garlic Bread (morrisons half baguette - 14 1/2 syns)
    It was all cooked in the house and i was like wow....... didnt realise how much syns untill i calculated it online :sigh:
    oh well that wondrefull pack of quavers can wait untill tomorrow:wave_cry:

    Dinner
    Small Chicken breast seasoned with chilli powder with lettuce mushrooms and some steamed veg plus a baked sweet potato
    Small bowl of homemade lentil soup.

    Am I doing it right? Btw it was an extra easy day! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

    Damn you are right about the cornflakes. I think somewhere in the list of cereals for HEXa I just imagined cornflakes. Oh well, I'll find some other one to take and make sure its on the list :)

    It is an extra easy day today

    Breakfast
    bowl of fruit - melon grapes strawberries pinapple
    quaker oats cereal (28g Hexb + 150ml soya milk Hexa)

    Lunch
    Chicken Caesar Salad - with croutons, parmasan shavings and dressing from a restraunt:break_diet:
    To be on the safe side I have counted i have counted it as all 15 syns - i didnt eat the parmasan shavings.

    Dinner
    A bowl of Chicken Broth

    Its really difficult when you have to be out of the house and need to eat :sigh:

    Posting 2 days worth as was too busy yesterday or today !

    Yesterday!
    Breakfast:
    Apple
    banana
    Quaker Oats Ceral (Hexb ) with soya milk (hexa)

    Lunch:
    Sweet potato
    half chicken breast
    corn on the cob
    homade Veg broth

    Snack:
    Croisant with 20g cheese (14 syns)

    Dinner:
    Ham
    Lettuce
    Cucumber
    Steamed veg

    Found it difficult to get my veg in today because there was none in the house as it is not me who does the weekly shop. wasnt until just before dinner that I got some in.

    Today!
    Breakfast
    Quaker Oats and milk (hex a and b)
    strawberies
    blueberries

    Lunch
    wrap (9 syn)with 28g phili light (3.5 syn), smoked salmon and cumber

    Dinner
    Hoison Duck Wrap- (14 1/2syn)
    Stuffed mushroom (phili light) (3.5 syn)

    Was out all day and stuck in a horrid airport - so the sins are over :(
    Almost double:break_diet:
    not amused with myself when I ate I underestimated the wrap syns - shocking.

    Well I know that it is allowed flexible syns but Iv been trying to stick with 15 or less

    So to keep myself under 105 I have to have about 10 syns a day instead until the end of the week.:wave_cry:

    Wholemetal bread (Hexb)
    Mushrooms
    smoked salmon

    Snack:
    Bowl tropical fruit

    Lunch:
    Rice
    Steamed veg
    Cucumber
    Ham

    Snack:
    3 chicken drumstics with skin (4.5 syns)

    Dinner:
    Sweet Potato (roasted and cut into wedges)
    Ham
    Steamed veg

    Snack:
    quavers (4.5)
    muler light

    So the day wasn't great for having veg, and I didnt have my (Hex a):break_diet:, not feeling well:jelous: so eating too much :(

    Total syns = 9
