Feeling a lot better today - Advice on eating....

I am feeling a lot better today... had a bit of an episode yesterday where I really just didn't think I could do it but maybe just maybe its possible that I can?

Bumper pack arrived today and was gutted because I thought there was going to be porridge in it but nope just shakes, soups (mostly bleugh) and bars...

I had a chicken breast last night but actually felt guilty! Thinking of having one again tonight but worried it will affect my weight loss, will I lose more if I don't eat anything but the shakes etc? :sigh:
