Hi,
Well I've had a crappy week. I've had a bad summer cold and chest infection (no doubt due to all the extra fags I'm smoking). Anyway, everyone says you should feel a cold, and I did. Oh yes.

I'm starting to feel better now, but I can already feel myself feeling bloated, because I've eaten so much rubbish. I wont weigh myself as I'm scared it will make me want to eat more.

Anyway, back on the straight and narrow today and raring to get back into it. Just feeling sad with myself as I've let myself down.

Sweetie, your health comes first so you did the right thing to have something to eat. The food you ate may not have been healthy but personally i think its difficult to go for healthy food when you have been on SS and have cravings for junk food (i know i did).

If you're feeling better, get back on track today and glug that water.

I'm drinking plenty of water. Dreading the sore head though, but its only a few days and I'll be back in ketosis and feeling good again.

your ready to get on track and thats the main thing

i have been REALLY bad as well, but im restarting and getting back on it. youre not alone and i was always told dont beat yourself up about it.. learn from it and use that to know not to do it next time and then move on.

it very difficult to see far when you r down,
everyone fall but praises are for those who got up.
don;t be sad, sadness, remorse, guilt can sometime stop u from move.
