Final countdown!

I think its a mixture of this diet & me still feeling disappointed and not letting it go.. I just feel a little emotional I guess and all I can think about is sleeping how I feel right now away.. It's day 15, week 3 and i'm still 100% SS.

i would think that you can your body will be wondering what is happening. i felt that week 2 was a consolidation of the big loss from week one which is made up of a lot of water so it all evens out in the end

You don't get water retention *because* you drink so much :) when your body retains water it's because it thinks it won't get any for a while, or it needs extra for some reason (e.g. The weather gets really hot all of a sudden). So keep drinking away! :)

I'm drinking between 3 to 4 litres a day but I love drinking water so it works for me..
I just think where i'd drunk 3 litres throughout the day & then got weighed it did me NO favours lol..
 
Yeah they are a bit rubbish! But at least you know when you see a smaller loss that it's not a true figure - at least 1lb is the day's water!
