3rd Day food diary!!!
My first day out on the slimming world diet, petrified I would find myself hungry and not be prepared....but I was!!!

BR: All bran (HB) plus 28g All Bran-4 syns, milk (HA), 1 babybell light (HA) on 1 Weightwatchers bread (HB).
Snack: 1 babybell light (HA), pear.
LUN: Pasta with tomatos, mushrooms, peas, tomato puree-0.5 syn.
Snack: Hand full of brocolli and potatoes.
DIN: MONDAY DINNER!!!! Roast potatos made with frylite, brocolli, carrots, chicken 28g-2.5 syns, gravy-2 syns.
Mullerlight yogurt with jelly from sugar free crystals-1 syn.
SUP: 2 weightwatchers bread (HB), 2 rashors of Quorn bacon, 1 babybell light (HA).
Total syns: 10 wth no choccie booo!!!
Walking done today-40 mins.

Gym for hour of cardio!!
BR: 2 Quorn sausages, 2 weightwatchers bacon, 2 weightwatchers bread (HB), 2 cheese triangles (HA), Scrambled egg, mushrooms, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce-0.5 syn. Mullerlight yoghurt.
SNA:1 Baby bell light (HA)
2 Quorn sausages.
LUN: Chicken, brocolli, 2 weightwatchers bread (HB), 1 tbsp of gravy-1 syn.
SNA: I Babybell light (HA), 1 glass of coke zero.
DIN: Chicken with laughing cow extra light cheese triangle (HA) and onion filling, wrapped in weightwatchers bacon, corn on cob, brocolli, homemade baked chips 28g x3-3 syns. Mullerlight yoghurt.
2 weightwatchers toast (HB), 1 cheese extra light cheese triangle(HA), 1 light babybell(HA).
Freddo-5.5 syns.
Total syns:10!!
