Have you ever tried working out or doing yoga with a bruised shin that's sensitive to the touch? Yeah, don't do it. Seriously, take my advice because it will feel like your muscle is being pulled apart lololol.

Breakfast was oatmeal with strawberry and raspberry. Lunch was 6 peppers with red pepper hummus dip and a sandwich. Snacks were pineapple, Special K snack bar, and almonds. Dinner was 2 chicken tortilla and a spoon of spaghetti.

Man, yoga makes me back feel amazing. Only 15 minutes and it popped my body...well, it felt like it.

I'm struggling.

It's just during nights if I haven't fallen a sleep early enough then it makes me want to binge.

My sister and I are going to the theater tonight to watch A Christmas Carol and I'm excited!

Tomorrow is weigh in day so this should be interested.

My battery in the scale died and it was 7:02AM and I did not want to get dressed and go buy one but then I remember I had another one and didn't have to go.

3.4lbs byebye!

It's been said many a times that it takes 21 days to break a habit and 22 days to start a new one.

With that being said, the next 22 days with be clean eating and doing 2 rounds of working out.

Hopefully those 21 days will make me forget about junk food and by the 22nd day hits, all of this clean eating and working out is my new habit.

woah your loss is amazing!!! I'd love a big loss like that again, although i feel those days are over lol.

I too am trying to break habits - have written some targets to do before xmas, short term and realistic but at least i'm hoping 3 weeks will be enough to make a difference. I'm then on goliday for a week so it'll go out the window but at least i'll feel better for trying :) have another good week!!

Just means that you're getting closer and smaller! Hahaha. I can't believe Christmas is already here. I can't believe this year is almost over. Ugh. Going by way too fast! Have a good week too, love!

Paleo is too strict for me and I'm not in any hurry to lose the weigh that way. I'm okay with not eating so clean all the time lol, I like my Taco Bell time to time hahahaha. But glad you had success!

My aunt is in the hospital. I'm scared tonight is the night they say she's gone. F**k lung cancer. F**k death.

I'm sure I gained 4lbs today from all the JUNK food I ate today. You wouldn't even believe me if I told you how many cookies I ate.

Still eating like sh*t.

Oh I'm sorry about your aunt.

I hope you feeling better today.
