First week on the SW plan and I lost 5 and a half pounds :) :)

Guys/Gals,

I'm so pleased I have finally lost some weight. I am over the moon don't get me wrong, but was thinking I would loose more as I only had 9 sins for the whole week. My SW rep told me that it didn't work that way so I am going to use all 15 up for the next week each day and enjoy them.

I have been making some great things thanks to this forum with great ideas.

I lost 6lb first week too, then 5.5lb week after then 0.5lb week after that, it does slow down but youve done well xx
