Jumping ship to juddd and see if I can get similar results
Liking the sound of it for few reasons
- the ability to eat every other day
- will be encouraged to calorie count which will be useful for long term needs
-can exercise 4 times per week on up days
- I can always manage the first day on vlcd no prob, do hopeful can manage on and offs

Will be back if it goes belly up. Intend to use slim and save packs on down days and then exante products plus healthy meal and a snack on up days. Haven't decided what to do re carbs. Need to research it more to see what is recommended
