Pretty sure, even in my virtuous state, that ill still grumble when I'm doing his dishes in the morning lol

Might do chicken in a mushroom sauce with some fluffy boiled rice for dinner tomoro... :4635:

I'm actually doing well this time :) day four now complete. Struggling to do three shakes daily, think I'm into habit of fasting. Really gonna try tomorrow.

My first meal after exante is homemade chicken pie. Already decided :) lol planning my up day already x

Yip I'm good, I've got to a lower weight with juddd than I managed with s&s, still have a stone to go until I'm at my lowest with exante. It's slow but it's enjoyable! And it's working!

Well as salivating at food porn on tv isn't working ill have to watch some of many hrs of tv I have recorded, homeland will kick it off!

I used to always watch food porn on telly but my telly seems to be stuck on kids telly through day. Even when they r not even watching it! And then once kids on bed its house lol b
