Yep, as someone said it is hard work to tone up, but worth the sweat, tears and pain...Unfortunately most of us don't lose weight proportionately...my fat comes off my boobs first and then trouble spots (used to have big hips, tum and spread down the legs bum) Wish I could keep the fat on my boobs (I'm a measely A cup blah!) and lose it elsewhere, but that is how my body loses the fat...so keep up the cardio and weights and your arms will get there...it takes time and effort...but it will happen...good luck and well done for the huge loss so far!
