Flabby bits??

Hey all


Just thought I'd start a thread on the bits that are starting to wobble due to weight loss. Obviously working out is essential I'm guessing but wondered what everyone's tips are, do they go as weight goes or is it a work out to tighten it all in...

Yeah Ive wondered that as well lol my wobbly bits are like a jelly on a plate :8855:
 
My thoughts exactly! I've found that patches of fat are becoming less dense and lumpy?! :-(

I'm going to do weights to try to tighten things up but are there any lotions and potions that help too?
 
I've started planking and doing the squat challenge but don't feel energised enough for aerobics which is what would 'wage war on the wobble'. Is anybody doing aerobics?

Someone on another forum is doing aquaerobics and says she felt good after.

I'm going to give that a whirl.

I'm hoping to start aqua Zumba next week so I'll let you know how it goes. :)
