Thursday - Green

Today has been a very good day!

Breakfast
Nectarine, banana, melon and blackberries with oats (hexb) and muller light.
Cup of tea (1 syn).

Lunch
Massive plate of pasta (150g dry weight) with homemade SF sauce and cheese (hexa).

Snack
2 cereal bars (hexb) and pack of quavers (4.5 syns).

Dinner
Cheese, mushroom, onion, pepper and courgetter omelette with SW chips and beans (hexa). Love this meal, am I really on a diet?!

Now just trying to decide if I can be bothered to make an apple and blackberry crumble!

Not a massive fan or courgettes by themselves but like them in things and they do add bulk! Now risotto is something so really should make, would probably do a butternut squash one, yum! Thing is pre SW I used to add a lot of butter, like 70g and lots of cheese at the end, for a 2 serving risotto! Can you make it creamy and syn less?
 
Sunday - Red

Travelling to Portugal with son and husband to visit my parents!

Breakfast
Fruit and yogurt.

Lunch
Sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, w/meal toast (3/4 Hexb) beans, (3/4 Hexb), mushrooms and tomatoes.

Tea
Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich (1/2 Hexb and 6 syns for bread)

Snacks
Squares crisps (5 syns), alpen light cereal bar (3 syns) and 1.5 bananas.

Yes I know no hexas, thought I'd end up snacking more as travelling but didn't end up doing that!
