Folic Acid

Hi guys,

I am coming off the pill in a couple of weeks!! whoop whoop!!

I went to boots to see how much the folic acid was as docs says i should start to take this when i start to try.

anyway... wasnt as simple as i thought cos there are loads of different types, like 'pregnacare' for before i conceive it has other types of vitamins in it.

shoudl i get this or just stick to normal folic acid.

Personal choice really, depends on how varied you feel your diet is and do you feel you would benefit from extra vits?

Folic acid is the most important, but calcium and vit d always help, so if you can afford it, I would go for the pregnacare.
So I do have a varied diet, cos i love food and get bored of the same thing. so if this is the case i guess folic acid on its own is ok?
