Gutted I've had to cancel my personal trainer today - took my car to get my tracking fixed and discovered that I need 2 new tyres :( so can't afford the trainer :(

Cold and hungry. I saw "Inside Llewelyn Davis" today. A bit odd, but good music. I plan to see "12 Years a Slave" over the weekend.

You'll be fine just drink lots of water.. Have you tried fruit tea - I never used to like it but I'm totally converted - nice to have a hot drink..
Also I make hot chocolates out of tetras - just poor a little into a mug and add hot water - can usually get 3 hot chocs out of one tetra :)

Anyway a week off SS and planned day off on Saturday as I'm going home to Wales for the weekend - so going to have a couple of drinks to watch the rugby..
Next weigh in is Monday 3rd Feb...
