Hi

Best of luck, cant wait to see your food diary tomorow!!
I have been doing SW for a year and i have posted my first diary today!
I do all red and green days, i especially love green days as i love potatoes and beans hehe!!!

Breakfast:

2 weetabix (HEXB)
Strawberries
Bananna
Milk (HEXA)

Snacks:

2 Satsumas

Lunch:

Jacket Potato
Cheese HEXA2 AND SYNS (extra 14g > 3syns)
Beans

I had eaten out and the cheese serving wasn't my doing!
Thanks to Silly Sausage for pointing out the extra HEXA
Snacks:

3 Satsumas

Dinner:

2 Homemade Quorn and Chilli Burgers (Using a recipe from 100 green recipes) One of the burgers in a wholemeal roll HEXB2
Side Salad

The homemade burgers were not as i thought they would be but they have kept the hunger cravings out this evening.

Back to work placement tomorrow, so hopefully eating will be back to a routine!

So far so good?

Oh yeah, i failed to realise i could possible have two HEXA, that would make the syn value for cheese 3 syns, kinda feel better now :D

With the burgers, i had 1 wholemeal roll for one of the burgers after having the first without a bun. Just about kept it together today but i reckon it's due being around the house rather than working.

Thanks for the help :D

Tuesday 4th January

Breakfast

Muller Light Yogurt

Snacks

2 satsumas

Lunch:

Jacket Potato
Baked Beans
Cheese (28g) HEXA

Dinner

Cauliflower Curry (Homemade 1/2 teaspoon of oil)
2 Chappattis HEXB

Desert - 1/4 Scanbran Cake with Muller Light Yogurt.



Wish i hadnt had the jacket ahead of weigh in today but the other choices on work menu were not appealing....

Muller Light Yogurt
Small Latte (Sweetner but had Milk so partial HEXA)

Lunch
Tuna(No Mayo) and Salad Baguette (HEXB)
No Margerine/Butter
Portion of Winter Vegetables
Coke Zero

Afternoon Snack:
Slim a Soup (2 and 1/2 syns - Cajun Veg Flavour)
Apple and bit of scan bran cake.

yeah i think its going well, means im watching what im eating. However, i prefer to write down what ive eaten rather than plan what im eating because it never turns out how it should. Thanks though :)

I'm doing the same, adding to it as I go along, I find it easier and it's how I used the food diarys at group last year.
