Food diary - mainly red days

So yet again I am giving myself the Sunday night pep talk. This time kicked into gear as had to buy a dress for the xmas do - the 16 just zips up! I had a 12 last year!
Not to mention feeling constantly lethargic
I have made a big pot of cauli soup for dinners this week.
Plus cottage pie made with sweet potatoes for the next fee nights teas.
I will not be getting into a 12 this year, but I can at least reduce the amount of wobbling I do!
At an other office on Monday so will have to have sandwiches, fruit and a half syn jelly and a yoghurt ready to go!

Sneaks back in fatter than ever - off to brave the scales and tape measure for a re start tomorrow. This afternoon will be spent planning the weeks food using old mags and diaries

Doing it at home. I spend 4 hours a day travelling to and from work so dont have time - it is either time for classes or gym and bike riding! Need to ensure I build exercise back into my routine
Where is the meet? Would love to join you ;)
