ha ha thanks. im a season ticket holder too. Yeah just heard about melbourne this morning at work. we seem to buy a lot of football clubs:)
We will win the league this season ai reckon and im booking my wembley tickets on tuesday. great time to be a blue.

Yeh brill time! I love going to wen key so sad I'm missing such a good season, 8 hours ahead here too so I've Been able to watch 2 games all season when they KO at 12.45 at home, otherwise it's sitting up til 3am haha! I'm back in June so will be raring to go for next season, has seriously helped with my dieting though it's bloody hard. Did see they had a new jamie Oliver salad stand not sure where and not sure if salad is any good at a game haha
 
yeah you have to fight your way past 50 burger vans to get to it. its survival of the fittest ha ha.

Not ecstatic about my weight loss but cant complain massively as I have been a bit off plan on the weekends, this is due to me helping my cousins wife move house while hes away so i haven't had the time to prepare any food which is why I've been eating takeaways.
The move is all done now so i shall be staying at group from now on and staying on plan.

I doubt it my sw group is in Chesterfield. I do need to update my photo as that one is quite small and nearly 2 years old. Lol

Just stumbled across your diary, looks like you're doing great! Your food looks so delicious and homely, proper food! Gotta admit though, you've made me quite hungry! :)
 
Thanks I relly enjoy cooking it helps me wind down after work. there will be loads more recipies coming up on here. :)

Chicken which ever You want
100 fat free yog
3 tbsp of Tom puree
3

tbsp of tandoori spice
1 cm of ginger
2 tsp of chilli powder

Place the chicken into mixing bowl add yog. Tom puree. Tandoori powder. Ginger and chilli powder mix all together cover and leave for about 2 hours.
Then bake in the oven for about half hour or so. I always leave it till the marinade has dried and is tandoori like lol.

It's lovely x x
 
Sounds nice ill give that a go next week as ive already done my shopping for this week. Maybe friday night.

Have you tried Velvet crunch crisps (rice cake things) there really nice too they are 4 syns.
