I know what you mean and I haven't been on holiday!! Decided I'm being too greedy with my syns so I'm knocking them back down to 70 per week! I maintained last night, definitely better than putting on but still not best pleased!!

Yesterday was a bit of a no go with the food diary :-( Had a complete chocolate pig out! Feeling very guilty and sorry for myself! Havent planned food for today at all so worried I could be on a bit of a downward spiral! Must get a grip!

New jobs is amazing! Only problem is it's been one of those "I've got a new job let's celebrate" sort of weeks and with the weather being so nice I've live on bulmers!

I have fallen off the wagon (AGAIN!) and appeared to have lost all motivation - obviously blatently ignoring the wedding dress hanging up at home!

I need one almighty boot up the bum!

Feeling pleased that yesterday was a good day!! Would have liked to have made my syns up to an even 10 but I didn't need anything else so I just left it... I'm out for a meal tonight so no doubt I'll go a little over... Must be good!! Got up early for a proper breakfast (albeit minus any sf) and it feels so much better especially with this weather! I have a whole weekend off and it's scaring me a bit, normally key to go off the rails and munch my way through everything :( I also noticed my wedding ticker is now in the 6month mark, where did all my time go?!?!

Good evening!! Gosh its been too long since I had a good write up on here!!

After reading an article on the daily mail website about alcohol consumption and its all pretty scary stuff! However, I think my diet went to pot when I moved in with OH and i'm sure that is something that happens with everyone!

Then....it was my cruise holiday in May....then it was BBQ season and then Egypt holiday....and finally this week it was the celebration of a new job and our new little puppy at my parents house.

Needless to say I haven't been to the gym in almost 8 weeks!! AND I have never in my life felt so bloated, sick and run down as I do right now :(

So...my car boot is full of about 35 SW magazines from the past 3 years of reading them AND all my cookbooks! I have a lovely little pack up for work tomorrow which includes my ready brek (HEXB), milk (HEXA) and a lovely red pepper and tomato soup :)

Sorry for rambling hun, going to start a new diary on here and possibly go back to group on Wednesday! Must must must do it now or I never will!

So good to hear from you :) Sounds like you have lots of exciting new things going on! I know what you're going through with the living with OH thing, and I only stay with mine every other week! But when I'm there I eat like a boy with boy-sized portions, and it's not really a good thing for me! Sounds like you've definitely got your SW head on though! Your food sounds good, perfect soup weather at the minute! Sure once you're back in the swing of things the bloatedness will just disappear :) Best thing is you've been to Target before so you know you'll get there again!

I'm ok :) Just plodding on, this is the best week I've had in ages! My consultant is worried I'm doing the plateau thing, truth is I've barely been sticking to plan! I'm disappointed that this far into the plan I can still fall off the wagon so easily - free ice cream sundaes on Friday being the perfect example! I know I shouldn't but can't help it! I don't think I'm due a very good result come WI as * week is due tomorrow :-(
